WhistlePig's 18 Year Double Malt is their top-shelf rye, aged patiently and finished in PX sherry casks. The mashbill runs 79 percent rye with malted rye and malted barley rounding it out, which gives it a richer, dessert-leaning side next to the usual rye spice. It comes in the gray and gold presentation box, so it pours just as well as a gift as it does on your own back bar. This is the 4th Edition release.
