A small batch Southwest bourbon made with mesquite smoked grain, aged in alligator char casks and finished in sherry casks. At 98 proof it drinks big and warm, with campfire smoke over dried fruit and sweet oak. Produced and bottled in Oxnard, California. Pour it neat next to grilled steak or build it into an old fashioned that actually tastes like the desert.
