This site is run by The Hills Bottle Shop in Agoura Hills, California. By using it you confirm you are 21 or older. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You must be 21 or older to buy. Valid photo ID is checked at pickup and on delivery, every time.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including if ID cannot be verified, and refund you in full.
• We ship anywhere in the US except Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois and Utah. Shipping needs an adult (21+) signature, and cannot go to a PO box.
• Prices and availability can change. If a bottle sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund it.

The Hills Bottle Shop sends text messages to people who opt in on our website or in the shop. You opt in by ticking a box that reads:

I am 21 or older and I agree to receive text messages from The Hills Bottle Shop about my membership, orders and new arrivals. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• What we send: updates about your membership and orders, and news about new arrivals and offers at the shop.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming it and no more.

• Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
