• What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, delivery or shipping address, and anything you write in a form or chat.
• Order and membership details: what you bought, when, and how you chose to receive it.
• Age confirmation: that you confirmed you are 21 or older. ID is checked in person at pickup and on delivery.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data such as pages visited, from cookies that keep the site working (age check, cart) and measure visits.

• To fill your orders, run your membership and contact you about them.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To send marketing emails or texts only when you have asked for them. You can stop any time.
• To keep the site secure and to meet the law on selling alcohol.

If you tick the box to receive texts, we use your mobile number to send the messages you signed up for. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your texting consent with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except the service providers who deliver our messages for us.

Only the providers that run the shop for us: payment processing, shipping carriers and fulfilment, website hosting, and email and text delivery. They may use your information only to do that work. We do not sell your personal information.
