In the glass
Supplication is Russian River's cork-and-cage sour ale, aged in Pinot Noir barrels with cherries added. Expect bright acidity, red wine and oak character, and a long tart cherry finish. It drinks beautifully now and cellars well if you want to let it soften. Pour it into a wine glass and share it alongside cheese or roast duck.
