In the glass
A barrel-aged sour from Russian River, brewed with blueberries and conditioned in a foeder for that tart, funky character the brewery is known for. Expect bright fruit up front and a dry, acidic finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. Pour it into a tulip and share the 500ml bottle with someone who appreciates wild ales. Good now, and it will keep developing if you cellar it.
