In the glass
This is Old Forester's Kentucky straight bourbon at 95 proof, a single barrel bottling distilled exclusively for a private selection. The extra proof over the standard expression gives it more weight, with the brand's familiar sweet corn, baking spice and toasted oak character. Good neat over a big cube, and sturdy enough to hold its own in an Old Fashioned.
