Old Forester 1910 takes finished bourbon and re-barrels it into a second, heavily charred barrel, the same trick born from a 1910 fire on Whiskey Row. At 93 proof it drinks rich and sweet, with the dark caramel and toasted char you expect from a double barrel pour. Good neat over one big cube, and sturdy enough to hold up in an Old Fashioned. A 750ml bottle that earns a spot on the front row of the bar cart.
