In the glass
A single barrel Kentucky straight rye from New Riff, bottled at full barrel proof with no chill filtration. This one comes in at 114.7 proof from barrel number 16384, so expect big peppery spice, dark fruit and a long warm finish. Pour it neat with a drop of water, or let it carry a bold Manhattan.
