In the glass
A single barrel pick from New Riff, bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration. This one comes in at 110.5 proof from barrel number 32599, so the flavor is full and undiluted straight from the cask. Pour it neat or over a big cube and let the rye spice and dark caramel stretch out. Each barrel is its own thing, and once this one is gone it will not come back.
