In the glass
New Riff's malted rye is aged six years and bottled in bond at 100 proof, without chill filtration. The malted rye mash bill gives it a softer, bready sweetness alongside the usual rye spice and pepper. Good neat with a drop of water, and it holds its own in a Manhattan or Sazerac.
