In the glass
Knob Creek's small batch Kentucky straight bourbon finished with natural smoked maple flavor, bottled at 90 proof. The maple sweetness sits on top of the usual oak and caramel backbone, so it stays a bourbon rather than a syrupy liqueur. Good neat over a big cube, and it makes an easy old fashioned with just a dash of bitters. A solid bottle for fall and winter pouring.
