Old Potrero is pot distilled in San Francisco from a mash of 100 percent malted rye, which gives it a bolder, maltier character than most ryes on the shelf. This one rests six years and goes into the bottle at 97 proof, non-chill filtered, so the texture stays full and the spice carries.
