A blend of straight rye whiskeys from High West in Park City, Utah, bottled at 46% ABV. The high rye content brings baking spice, dried fruit and a long peppery finish that holds up well with a single ice cube. This one is batch 24D09 in the 750ml bottle. A solid pick for a Manhattan or an old fashioned that needs some backbone.
