In the glass
A single barrel Canadian whisky bottled at 80 proof and imported by Sazerac, with the signature blue wax-dipped top. Each bottle comes from one hand-selected barrel, so the amber pour leans soft and rounded with caramel and light spice. Good neat in a rocks glass, and a step up from the usual Canadian blends. The decanter-style bottle looks the part on a back bar.
