Dovetail is a blended whiskey finished in rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels, bottled at cask strength. This bottling comes in at 123.44 proof, so expect layers of dark fruit, molasses, and oak that hold up to a splash of water or a large cube. A good pick when you want something with more depth than a standard bourbon pour.
