Xicaru Silver is an artesanal Oaxacan mezcal made from 100% espadin maguey, cooked in a conical stone oven, tahona mashed, naturally fermented and double distilled. That traditional process gives it a clean smoke and a soft agave sweetness at 40.5% ABV. It is an easy one to pour neat alongside an orange slice, and it holds its own in a mezcal margarita or a Negroni swap.
