In the glass
Volans Añejo is a small batch 100% agave tequila from Los Altos de Jalisco, bottled at 42% ABV. Time in American oak and French oak barrels gives it a soft amber color with a rounder, spice-and-vanilla side to the agave. Pour it neat in a glass after dinner and let it open up. A good bottle to keep for the people who usually reach for whiskey.
