In the glass
Volans Reposado is made in Mexico from 100% agave and rested in oak long enough to pick up a soft golden color. Expect cooked agave up front with light vanilla and caramel from the barrel, smooth enough to sip neat. It also makes a serious old fashioned or a top-shelf margarita when you want the agave to show through.
