Volans Blanco Tequila

In the glass

Volans Blanco is an unaged, additive-free tequila made in Mexico and bottled at a higher proof for real agave presence. Expect bright cooked agave, citrus peel and a clean mineral finish that stands up in a margarita and still drinks well neat. The teal label bottle is easy to spot on the shelf, and it is a solid pick if you want to taste what the distillery is doing without barrel influence.
