An artisanal joven mezcal from Oaxaca, made by maestro mezcalero Juan Pacheco from a blend of Espadin and San Martin maguey. Bottled at 40% ABV under the protected designation of origin, it is clear, unaged, and built to show the agave and the smoke from the roasting pit. Pour it neat in a copita alongside orange and salt, or use it to give a cocktail some backbone.
