An artesanal Espadin joven from Oaxaca, bottled at 44% ABV and signed by maestro mezcalero Juan Pacheco. Clear and unaged, so you get the roasted agave, soft smoke and mineral bite straight from the still. Pour it neat in a copita, or let it carry a Oaxacan old fashioned. The heavy embossed bottle looks good on the back bar long after the last pour.
