Tapatio Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, bottled at 40% alcohol in a 750ml bottle. Short barrel rest gives it a light golden warmth without covering up the bright, peppery agave underneath. Good enough to sip neat, and it makes a margarita that actually tastes like tequila.
