In the glass
This is the still strength blanco from Siete Leguas, bottled at 47% with no water added after distillation. The agave is worked both ways, tahona crushed and roller mill, which gives it a fuller, earthier mouthfeel than the standard blanco. Pour it neat to taste the cooked agave and pepper, or let it carry a margarita that would otherwise go thin.
