Mijenta's Blanco is an unaged, additive-free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. It pours clean and bright with cooked agave, citrus and a soft pepper finish, so it works neat as easily as it does in a margarita. The pink label with the gold hare makes it a good-looking bottle to leave out on the bar cart.
