An artisanal joven mezcal from Oaxaca, made with 100 percent Espadin maguey and bottled at 43 percent ABV. Expect clean agave, a gentle smoke, and enough backbone to sip neat or stand up in a Negroni or paloma. The cream label with its kneeling figure looks good on any bar cart, and the cork makes it easy to pour and put back.
