Luxardo's Bitter Rosso is a deep red Italian aperitivo built on bitter herbs, citrus peel and aromatic botanicals at 25 percent alcohol. It makes a Negroni with more backbone than the usual pour, and it is just as good topped with soda and an orange slice before dinner. The embossed eagle bottle and blue floral label look sharp on the back bar.
