Luxardo's clear take on Italian bitter, made with wormwood, gentian and citrus for a dry, floral bite without the red color. Pour it over ice with soda or tonic, or use it in a White Negroni in place of the usual red bitter. The pale gold liquid and embossed eagle bottle look good on a bar cart. A useful bottle if you like your aperitivo crisp rather than sweet.
