A small-batch añejo made with 100% agave from the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Barrel time gives it a soft amber color and a rounder, warmer character than a blanco, so it sips well neat or over a single big cube. Each bottle is numbered and signed by the master distiller, bottled at 40% ABV. A good pick when you want something with a little age without jumping to extra añejo pricing.
