A Napa-made sweet vermouth built on white wine and grape spirits, infused with rhubarb, cocoa, clove, coriander, cardamom, orange oil bitters, vanilla, gentian root, cherry bark, anise and coconut. At 16.5% it is bright and bittersweet rather than heavy, so it holds up in a Negroni or Manhattan but still drinks well over ice with a twist. Keep it in the fridge after opening and it will carry you through a few weeks of cocktails.
