This is LALO's limited 2025 High Proof release, a 100% blue agave blanco distilled in Los Altos de Jalisco and bottled at 50% ABV. The extra strength pushes the bright citrus and cooked agave character forward, so it holds its own in a margarita or Ranch Water without getting washed out. Sip it cold and neat if you want to see what the higher proof really does. Limited run, so once the shelf is empty that is it for the year.
