Ilegal's Anejo is 100% espadin agave, handcrafted in Oaxaca and aged one year in oak. Time in barrel softens the smoke and brings out vanilla, dried fruit and a little baking spice, while the agave core stays front and center. Pour it neat in a copita after dinner, or use it where you would normally reach for an aged tequila. Bottled at 40% alc/vol.
