In the glass
El Negocio Blanco is a 100% pure agave tequila bottled unaged, so you get the clean, peppery agave character straight through. The heavy glass bottle with its embossed "The Business" base looks good on a back bar and pours just as well into a margarita or a simple salted rocks pour. A solid pick if you want something crisp and bright rather than oak-forward.
