A reposado from Los Altos de Jalisco, rested in oak to a soft amber color. The heavy glass bottle carries the embossed 1761 and gold cross, so it looks the part on a back bar or as a gift. Cooked agave and light vanilla make it easy to sip neat, and it still holds up in a good margarita.
