Don Fulano Blanco is a 100% pure agave tequila from the heartland of Jalisco, made with hand-selected mature agave, a proprietary yeast and spring volcanic water. At 40% alcohol it is clean and bright, with the pepper and cooked agave character that makes it a favorite for sipping neat or building a serious margarita. The label is numbered by lot and bottle, and the family behind it has been at this for five generations. A good pick if you want an unaged tequila that tastes like agave rather than additives.
