This is the overproof blanco from Don Fulano, bottled at 50% ABV from mature agave and volcanic spring water in the heartland of Jalisco. The higher proof keeps all the peppery, herbal agave character intact, so it stands up in a margarita instead of getting lost. Each bottle is lot and bottle numbered on the label. Pour it neat if you want to see what unaged agave really tastes like.
