Certified organic reposado made from 100% blue agave grown in Amatitan, Jalisco, with the agave cooked in stone ovens the old way. Time in oak gives it a soft golden color and a rounded, lightly sweet finish with vanilla and cooked agave. Bottled at 40% ABV, it sips neat and still holds its own in a good margarita.
