A certified organic extra anejo from Amatitan, Jalisco, made with 100 percent blue agave cooked in stone ovens and aged a minimum of three years. The long rest in oak gives it a deep amber color and a soft, rounded sip with caramel and vanilla weight. Pour it neat in a glass after dinner and treat it the way you would a good aged rum or bourbon. Bottled at 40 percent alcohol in a 750ml bottle.
