A certified organic anejo made from 100% blue agave grown on a single estate in Amatitan, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, and the barrel time shows in the warm amber color and soft caramel and cooked agave character. At 80 proof it sips easily on its own, so pour it neat in a glass and let it open up.
