Del Maguey's Arroqueño comes from Santa Catarina Minas, where mezcal is distilled in clay pots and bottled at 49% ABV. Arroqueño is a slow-growing wild agave, and it shows up as deep, earthy sweetness with smoke and a long finish. Pour it neat in a copita and let it open up.
