Corralejo Reposado comes in that tall cobalt blue bottle you can spot across the room, sealed with a natural cork. It is 100% blue agave, rested in oak, so you get soft vanilla and caramel over the clean agave bite. At 80 proof it sips well neat and still holds its own in a margarita or paloma. A good bottle to have standing on the bar for guests.
