Corralejo's Extra Añejo spends three years in oak, and you can see it in the deep amber color through the tall glass bottle. Made from 100% blue agave in Guanajuato using their Charentais double distillation method, it drinks smooth and warm with plenty of barrel character. Pour it neat in a short glass when you want something to sip slowly. At 80 proof in a 750ml bottle, it also makes a solid gift for a tequila drinker.
