Chinaco Añejo is made in Tamaulipas from 100% blue agave and aged to a soft amber color. The fluted teardrop bottle is a looker, and the tequila inside leans toward cooked agave, vanilla and light oak rather than heavy barrel sweetness. Pour it neat in a copita and give it a few minutes to open up. A good pick if you want an añejo that still tastes like agave.
