Yellow Chartreuse, the softer of the two, made by the Chartreuse monks in France from a long list of herbs and botanicals. At 43% it drinks sweeter and more honeyed than the green, with saffron color and a gentle spice finish. Pour it cold over ice after dinner, or use it in a Yellow Bird or a Chartreuse swizzle.
