A single-distillery blanco made from 100% blue agave at Tequileña El Pandillo, bottled under NOM 1579 in the Jalisco highlands. Clean and bright with the green, peppery agave character that makes it a favorite for sipping neat or building a serious margarita. The 750ml bottle with its handwritten label looks as good on the bar as it tastes in the glass.
