A single-distillery blanco from the ArteNOM project, made with 100% blue agave in the highlands tradition and bottled unaged. Expect clear color with green agave, lime, pepper and wet stone character, crisp and dry through the finish. It shows well neat in a small glass and makes a sharp, agave-forward margarita or Paloma.
