The bright orange Italian aperitivo that made the spritz famous, still made to the original 1919 recipe with an infusion of herbs and roots. At 11% ABV it is light and bittersweet, with orange and rhubarb notes that keep it easy to drink before dinner. Pour three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol, a splash of soda over ice and an orange slice. A 750ml bottle covers a table full of guests.
